DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI ordered a computer with free shippingThen I looked at my online invoice and they charged me for shippingI called and talked with very nasty and rude person by name of, "Anna" The company charged my credit card and took my money and Anna asked for copy of my credit card and also copy of drivers license stating that the billing address was not correct, so I checked my account and sure enough, they charged my account for the cost of computer that was ordered I told her that we are not sending a copy of Drivers License or Credit Card, then I asked Anna if I can speak to someone else like a manager or who can make decision Anna told me that I cannot speak to anyone over the phone other than her, she refused to transfer me to manager or other person that may be able to resolve my situation and hanged up the call I was just amazed that I would be treated like this as a paying customer I had to get my bank involved to get credit on my account and did a three way call with another phone since she refused to answer me with the bank representative, and finally got Anna to transfer the call and an Indian accent person answered the call The man said that no charges were made and my Bank Representative said that it was and she said that there were other charges made on top of the first charge and the man finally gave the Bank Representative a bogus visa approval transaction code and the man said what he wanted to say and kept on interrupting the Bank Representative and eventually hanged up the call with the Bank Representative Since they charged another transaction on my account without approval, I also considered this company as FRAUD BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DON'T BUY FROM THEM TAKE A LOOK AT OTHER COMPLAINTS MADE AGAINST THIS COMPANY

I am not one to normally file complaints on companies but this company has done me no favorsI ordered different computers from them to which they canceled both orders and promptly sent me a quote for one that was a couple of hundred dollars more than I had spentAnd those laptops are still listed for sale on their websiteAlso the phone number will not put you thru to a live person and communication thru the website is ridiculous

I ordered an [redacted] and paid an extra 79.00 for them to install a new battery, for a total of 1321.93 . I received the computer a 1 and a half later checked the invoice and everything was checked off including the new battery. I started setting it up and out of the blue it died, I thought no big deal until I plugged it in and the battery was so dead it would not even take a charge. I sent it back and ordered a different one for 1142.10. I just looked at my invoice and they are trying to charge me 1248.30 and are giving me a credit of 40.00. Something is not adding up I should be receiving a refund for 179.83 the difference between 1321.93 and 1142.10. Also I was just told by the sales person that they cannot replace the batteries in Mac [redacted]'s. I have to wonder how many people have paid the 79.00 dollars and never got a new battery and were non the wiser? SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Now the incredibly rude sales rep, "Anna", is telling me that the invoice reflects that I bought the computer for $536.99 with free shipping. Guess what $512.00 and $24.99 add up to?! $536.99. Imagine that. I cannot speak to anyone over the phone other than the only sales rep and when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the only one there. I am appalled that I would be treated like this as a paying customer.
