Originally, I ordered an R4 card for my [redacted] from www.r43ds.org. Original order date was June 13, 2015. The final order confirmation indicated that I would not be billed until the item was shipped. I was billed the correct amount on June 15, 2015. I looked forward to receiving my order as they said shipping was 7-10 days, although could be longer based on customs as they have two warehouses, one in Canada and one in Hong Kong. They also indicated that upon shipment, a tracking email would be provided. On June 17 I used their customer contact portal to request a tracking number. I received no response. As of July 6, I had received no response, and had not yet received my order. I again contacted them on that day to ask when I could expect to receive my order. Again, there was no response. At that point, I checked with customs, who indicated that they do not track packages, but it could be held up to 45 days, so I continued to wait somewhat patiently for my order to arrive, thinking that it was just held up in customs. As of July 13th, it had been enough time to clear customs, and I still had not received my order. I emailed again indicating that if I did not hear from them, that I would be filing a chargeback with my credit card company as well as a complaint with my Attorney General's office. At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card and started a complaint process. Finally, on July 17th I received a response indicating that they were sorry I had not received my order and it must have gotten lost. They would track the package and issue me a new package. And asked me to verify my address, which I did. On August 4th, I received another email from them indicating that they reshipped my package with the new and improved version of the cartridge I ordered. On August 24th, I still had not received my package, so I again contacted them asking for a tracking number. I finally received my item on August 29th, and they responded with the tracking number as of August 31st. Upon receiving my item, I cancelled my dispute through my credit card and the complaint with the Attorney General thinking that everything was settled, until September 9, when the company charged me again for the item that they had already charged me for on June 15th. I again called my credit card company and disputed the charge. This has been a complete nightmare. I highly recommend that you stay far, far, away from this company and any of it's subsidiaries. Other than r43ds.org, the same company manages Gaintech and iCombuy.com. Avoid all three!
