Review: I gave Geroge Leon Realty a 1,000 fee to find an apt, 950.00 for a first months rent for an apt and 125.00 towards deposit on apt. After various visits to the apt the last visit on 10/**/13 spt had a malfuncioning stove, a moldy refrigerator with cracked door seals. Pictures had been sent to [redacted] who obviously never properly viewed apt. Prior to receiving keys I was assured that the apt was move in ready. I have both texts and e-mails to this effect. I had already made arrangements with movers and because I received keys with short notice I lost 200 dollars since I had to cancel the move. [redacted] agreed on 10/**/13 to refund me the 1,000 fee, the 950.00 and the 125.00 dollars I gave him via certified checks. We were to meet today to get refund instead he chose to be too busy and refused to refund my money. I now have rent due, and barely made it to work on time due to his refusal to meet me to give me my money back. He owes me total of 2075.00 dollars. I gave him the money on 10/*/1013 and the apt was never in move in condition. Now he is playing the same game of not meeting with me to refund me my money. I work very hard can't afford to be taking off to meet him and have him cancel. His business practice shows less than trasnparent and ethical behavior. I just want my money it is my money and the apt was never delivered. We have plenty of text and emails to this effect. Please assist me in getting my money that this man is holding.Desired Settlement: I just want my money, the 950.00, for the first month's rent, the 125.00 dollars towards the deposit, and the 1,000 I paid him for the move in ready apt he never delivered. Please assist me. I work very hard for this money. I can't afford to be taking off from work for him not to deliver my money which he got.
