Review: I went here often to replace the batteries of my watch or broken bands. I made the mistake of dropping off 9 watches for repair one time. When I returned I received only 8 watches. He lost 1 which I wasn't surprised because he is very unorganized. I returned for two weeks for my watch, because it was a very sentimental watch and one which couldn't be replaced. Eventually I gave up. When I returned a month later for a battery replacement, I waited for the work to be completed vs. leaving and experiencing the same thing as before. To my surprise, there my favorite watch laid. In the glass case as if it's his. I pointed it out and explained that this watch was mines! He became irate and said the watch was now over a 100!! I said it only needed a battery and I wanted my watch back. I said I would be willing to give him back the money he gave me, but he refused. I felt myself becoming very upset and left. I will never use this establishment again! Thieves, him and his wife!!Desired Settlement: I want my watch he stole.
