RevDex.com: I'd like to add that a reputable business cannot verbally change terms & conditions after the sale; it's not ethical. There were no conditions on returns with proper RMA (see attachment) when I placed my order, nor when I obtained authorization for return. For the record, I won't be shopping with Galati again. However, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12450550, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to the complaint identified above, the customer placed an order with our company on October 4, 2017, for merchandise in the amount of $479.75. We shipped the merchandise to the customer on October 6, 2017.On October 12, the customer called our company and stated that he no longer
wanted the items and wanted to return them. We issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number to the customer. At that time, we explained that there would be a 4% restocking fee if he returned the merchandise. Therefore, the customer was aware of the fee and still chose to return the merchandise. We are a small family owned business and the restocking fee is to cover the credit card fees that we incur for both the slae and refund transactions.On October 17, we received the merchandise return and we issued a credit to the customer's credit card in the amount of $460.56, the cost of the merchandise minus the $restocking fee. We try to provide the best customer service possible. Therefore, even though the customer was told of the fees in advance, on October 24, we issued a credit of the disputed amount of $19.19.We hope this information will be helpful.
