I am rejecting this response because: the facts set forth in the response of the business is falseNo MALE ever called in regards to thisIf there was a male screaming at their dispatch then there must be another customer or civilian who had an issue as well as my wifeMy wife was very calm and when expressing herself to the company the first time they laughed at her and the second time simply hung up on herIt's obvious by the reps response they could care less what people think of their representatives both in the office and on the roadIt's ok in my my bookI wish them the best and will let the public decide their opinions and make this issue go viralKnocking on dead wood will never create a sound!

We here at Galaxy Ambulance take all complaints serious. After review of our Telephone conversation by a lady who refused to give her name. Our dispatcher informed her he would look into the situation. A brief time later a male called and was extremely upset and was screaming at our dispatcher. At...

which time the phone was transferred to the supervisor on duty, which was me. I told the caller that I would check the gps and speak with the driver. Which wasn't to his satisfaction. Our Unit #409 is not an ambulance but a minivan so it does not have lights or sirens. As per our gps the vehicle was not speeding at the time prior too, or after the complaint was made. I spoke with the driver who stated that he was cut off by a vehicle and he slowed down fearing that they would step on the brake to mess with him. I also spoke with the person being transported at the time who backed up my drivers statement. Since we have no cameras in the vehicles we can not verify the complaint as made. We will be paying close attention to the driver via gps, and continue to monitor our telephone recordings to keep a high standard of customer service. I again apologize for any inconvenience they felt they under went. As with any customer service issue we handle all complaints swiftly and to the best of our abilities.
