Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My rights was violated in the process of these three monthsI didn't want to do the deal after she was so concerned with what I was wearing anywaysI Had money to pay for what I wantedIt was unprofessional to talk about a customer especially when you don't know when they are still in the room and can hear everything you are sayingI apologize to the owner not the employee because the owner was the one who asked me to still do the deal after I was ready to walk awayWhy are you digging up my life and slandering my name aroundI don't want to take it to court but if I have to I will so instead of a free car a check for my three thousand dollars will be fine Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] In regards to Ms [redacted] Interesting that she should use the word "unprofessional" In her commentsWhen Ms [redacted] first came in to apply for a loan of almost $17,loan she was wearing her pajama's and house shoes and had an out state ID instead of a state I driver's licenseIwas not comfortable about doing the deal but the Owner decided ? to give her a try She did exactly as I thought she would, she took our ar after only putting a down payment on it and never made another paymentShe had the car for months driving it, putting miles on it and never paying for itShe also did not get insurance which was required by her legal contractWe tried multiple times to contact Ms [redacted] , she would never retum our callsIn our search to try to contact Ms [redacted] and our vehicle, we found out she had Felony convictions for theft.We were left with no choice but to repossess our vehicleOur repossession company spent several days trying to locate this vehicle and were finally able to locate it hidden in a field behind the apartment complex she was living at.When she came in to retrieve her personal belongings, I asked her in a quiet voice, "wouldn't you like to say sorry for taking our vehide, not paying for it and then hiding it in a field"Her response was hateful and she said how could I get in contact with you I was in jail (her 3rd felony theft charge)She showed no remorse, did not apologize and now complains to Revdex.com and actually has the audacity to demand her down payment back and is threatening to sue us.Wish you would print my response, but I'm sure you won't or at the least you will edit it.Unfortunately we get quite a few bad customers like Dshonna [redacted] , who take what they want and feel they are entitled to a free carWe are sick of dealing with thieves like Ms [redacted] Galaxy Auto Sales Office Manager [redacted]

Like I stated in the letter faxed over to the Revdex.com on 7-1-and received confirmation that you did recieve it, Ms*** is a thiefShe took our car never made a single payment, did not get insurance for the car which is required by her legal binding contractShe went to jail for her 3rd felony theft conviction and hid our car in a field behind the apartment complex she lives in, in an attempt to try to hide the car from being repoed.Classic case of complete irresponsibility and not doing the right thing and then trying to blame everyone else for her problems.Sick to death of users and takers like Ms***She said in her complaint to you that she had money to pay for the car.....then why didn't she???? If she had paid properly we wouldn't be having this conversation. We are done with her on our end!

Review: I purchased a 1998 Jeep from Galaxy Auto Sales on 10/7/2013. I was told that there was only a minor problem the hub. I found out the are needs a rear and the transmission has gone in the vehicle. I call Galaxy and spoke with owner and discussed the problems with him and he said when I receive the title give him a call and he will either refund the money or give a new car. I received the title now he said he not going to do anything. I paid $1250 for this car to get back and forth to school and work. Had he told me what was wrong with the car I would have never purchased the vehicle. He also did not follow his word as he said he would. I just want a reliable car or my money back. And also the money I paid to have the tile transfer. The car is not working at the present time so it will need to be towed.Desired Settlement: I would like a reliable car or my money refunded plus the cost of taxes and title change fees.
