You are creating a problem for no reason, in regards to this whole process because you are refusing to understand the process. In the form you signed we clearly wrote for you to do smog and Vin verification and we said we will mail out the documents to DMVThe person you spoke to at Nevada DMV doesn't seem like they know how the process work because they work only with private transfers not dealer transfers. I don't know where your coming with all of these dishonesty, this is a process that the paperwork have to go throughthese transfers take time and for that exact reason we gave you a day temporary registration issued by CA DMVWe are licensed by DEALER by CA DMV and have to do things according to DMV process and not your way of doing businessThere is lienholder on your vehicle which require us to do the transfer to secure our lien holders interest

Review: I purchased a 2005 BMW 760i from this company on February 24, 2015. Ever since I purchased this car I have had problems. When purchasing this car at the time [redacted] told me that there was a brand new battery in this car now to find out this car doesn't have a BMW battery it's an off brand and it's affecting the computer system in the car told by me from a mechanic name [redacted]. In the month of March I had to get an oil change. A month after the check engine light came on and it's been ever since. I took it to a shop and they said it is the number 7 spark plug and the coil need to be replaced. I just recently took it to another shop and the mechanic told me that my car needs a battery and the mechanic can not fix my car until I get a battery. I did some research and found that there are several recalls on this car (1) electrical system and (2) latches/locks/linkages.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair my battery by putting in the correct battery for the vehicle as I was told and look into the recalls.
