I can not contact them, they are gone - apparently. They repaired my roof after the hail storm of May 2012. They completed repairs in December 2012. There is now a leak and we wish for them to return and repair the problem area. I contacted my insurance carrier, [redacted] and they recommended I contact you and issue a complaint. The company apparently is located in TX and responds to disaster areas across the country. They came to North Carolina, apparently, 2011 first to work on tornadic relief. They responded to Moore County in response to the hail storm of 2012. In addition to their office, at the time, in Aberdeen, NC not answering the phone, simply a message to leave your name and number for a call back, which has not come in 4 days, the individuals with whom I had contact during their time repairing our roof no longer own those telephone numbers.I called the main number in Houston, TX and got a box stating it was owned by an individual. I left a message asking him if he was with Galaxy to call me back. To date he has not.If we can find them, we will hold them to the NC State statute of 6 year warranty although the warranty I have from them has no limit shown.I checked the box for health issue as a leaking roof must constitute a health issue for anyone who is subjected to water damage and mildew.Thanks in advance, [redacted] K. According to an expert who inspected the damage it is an installation fault. It will require taking up the shingles, repairing/replacing the damaged wood underneath and putting the tiles back correctly. This may include flashing and tar - not sure of the right word here.More info from consumer:Galaxy Roof called late evening 6/17 circa 6 PM and said that someone would be coming today, 6/18. Two men showed up circa 8:45AM and in very little time found what they believe is the problem with the roof leaking. An area under one eve over the garage was never 'flashed'. They showed the area to me and I have no reason to believe otherwise. They also went into the attic area below the roof and found no evidence of wood damage beyond that in the garage ceiling and wall. Again, I have no reason to believe otherwise. They repaired the damage with 'flashing' and new roof shingles.I am grateful for Revdex.com help and will update if this does not solve the problem.
