Review: I purchased two compasses in April **, 2013 for $24.99 each. The sales person assured me they were military issue however when I used them during an actual field exercise they do not meet US Army military specifications and I got lost.Desired Settlement: They should allow me to return the item and refund my credit card for $54.10.

Review: I ordered aww 2 flyers jacket from them and I was tol it would ship to my house in 3-5 business days the company didnt tell me they were closed the day after christmas& new years and failed to tell me that the item had to be special ordered and was shipping from tenn.I called customer service and they said they would look into it got no response and tryrd to call them several times and they never answered there phones. I e mailed them and it took almost a week to get a response and then I was told that my ordered was being cancled and my money refunded without my knowledge and when I tryed to talk to them the told me that they cant do business with me and said I was gonna cause trouble for them annd I shoud take my business elesewhere.Desired Settlement: I want the company to reinstated the order and send me the coat that I originally ordered

Review: Over a month ago I placed an order for military dress shoes ( I have my debit card receipt for verification if needed) and a few days later got an e-mail from someone named "[redacted]" that the size was out and I needed to choose another size. I gave the new size, and a month later no shoes have arrived. Several e-mails back to the original e-mail (I still have it for people who want to know if this is legit) have not gotten a reply. I called the phone number directly on the e-mail and got the run around, saying they don't know a [redacted] and that I need to call another number. I called that number, which didn't work. I then went on their website and called that number. after several rings I got a message saying no one could take my call and the number disconnected. I tried again later that day and finally got hold of someone from their warehouse (who helped me out, thanks!) and connected me with....the guy I had originally called. Suddenly he knew who [redacted] was, but [redacted] was gone and I needed to call back next week.Desired Settlement: I want my total charge credited back to my debit card
