Review: I purchased a defective lighting fixture at this dealer in June *, 2014. I had an electrician install the fixture at my living room and the lighting fixture explosed with fire. The electrician said something is wrong with the fixture and told me to return it. I returned it to the store dealer. I explain to [redacted] that the I want a replacement and that the fixture they sold to me was dangerous because it explosed. [redacted] said they will not exchange or refund any money back. I told her I spend $1000 at the store and I would like her to replace it with a working fixture. She refused. She told me that they never sell any defective lighting fixture because this is a BRAND NAME produce. Therefore there is no replacement for it and there is no money back. They said Elegant Lighting is the manufacture. So I called Elegant Lighting about this. I also asked them if Galaxy Lighting was a litgitment dealer. I spoke to consumer service. They said yes, they do business with Galaxy Lighting. They told me as long as the dealer OKAYS. They gladly replace the fixture. [redacted] the dealer at Galaxy Lighting - [redacted] said she is 95% sure there is no replacement and if I want to replace it, I will have to pay additional money or just accept the lost.Desired Settlement: I will like a working replacement.
