Galaxy Limo & Party Bus

This Is a total lie . I have text to prove it all. What had happened the day of the event .she call and said she ordered a white [redacted] . We never booked her with a white [redacted] . First and for most , we dont have one in our fleet We booked her with a party bus or white [redacted].  and I have emails to prove it.. When Chris our driver arrived on time. She called and said she did not order this vehicle and explained she had a white [redacted].. I apologized and told her there was amiss understanding and this is what was send to her in her confirmation and I would give her a discount of $100  even though we charge more for this same Vehicle. or we could cancle right then and there and we would refund her deposit. She said she would not pay the driver anything but still wanted the bus. I then ask if I could speak to the driver to let him know the situation she would not let me talk to him.. she just wanted to argue I finally made the decision knowing I was not getting anywhere to politely hang up the phone and tried to call my drivers cell phone back.. She answered and would not let me speak to him.. I text him s well letting him know do not move that bus until we collect $250 from her.. The initial balance was $350 .. but the discount I told her if she wanted the bus would be $100 .. He never got that message instead she keep his phone and showed him a phony text .. from us saying differently.. at the end of the run in this bus.. she gives him a Check of 100 dollars .. We dont take checks she also ripped up our trip sheet that our drivers have for clients to sign.. As you can imagine, I was very upset that she did all this and just thought she could call the shots on what and if she was gonna pay for our service and kept us from comunicating with our driver. before we could let him know our solution and her choice that we gave her. She stopped payment on the check that she did write on top of shorted us on paying what we offered. I did calll her and let her know that that is robbery and that we would press charges if she didnt make this right .. I have a voice mail from her or proof from the next day when she had a whloe new attitude thinking she would be arrested . saying that it was a huge miss understanding and she would like to clear it up... Also shes lieing about us charging her card for the balance .. we did try because thats what was owed .. But her card declindee I can prove all of this via text and voice mail. She was never called the B word by our dispatcher [redacted].

Hello I was completely confused and upset at the lack of professionalism and service [redacted] provided. . info which is what is attached as second attachment and subsequent attachments ( ongoing texts from 2 different phone numbers) I was never able to speak to [redacted] (main contact)after the bus arrived and I opted to texting him for my records. Also, I was not able to attach additional texts where I was harrased and called the B word. I will be more than happy to provide these as well as failed email attempts to reach [redacted] and texts. I have noticed this company uses various addresses on the internet but the same phone number as [redacted]s contact number on comtract page indicates. Thank you!
