After completing an online credit application, I received a phone call from one of the sales associates who told me that I was approved for a loanI pre-selected a vehicle and submitted all necessary paperwork in order to save timeI set up a day and time to meet and to complete the remaining paper workI took the morning off work and arranged to meet him at 9:amI told him that I had to make it as quick as possible in order to get back to work After waiting minutes he was called by a co-worker to remind him of our meeting After waiting *an hour* he arrived, and asked me for the paper work that I had already submitted He then went into an office to locate me fileOnce he emerged, he informed me that the vehicle I had reserved was in fact sold two days prior to my arrival, but that we could look at some others (that were twice the price.) I informed him (for the third time) that time was a factor for me and that I felt obligated to take my business elsewhereI wasted two hours driving there and back, over an hour sitting at the dealership waiting for him, plus gas getting there and back, plus taking time off work, and being late to get back into work and barely even received an apology or reasonable explanation

I just had the best experience at Galaxy Motors in colwood Pasha was helping me, he went over everything to the last detail on the vehicle I chosePasha listened to what I needed and wanted and showed me the optionsHe didn't try to show me stuff that was out of my budget He made it very apparent that he wouldn't just find me any vehicle but the vehicle that was right for me and my familyI don't know cars but did some research, Pasha was very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly The staff are all amazing and welcomingI would highly suggest this place and Pasha to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle

I came to the lot to look around and get an idea for a new car Sales person was super friendly and very informative on the vehicles and kept to showing me cars that fell within the budget I had I ended up purchasing a car that day that I loved I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressure to purchase something I knew I couldn't afford Everyone on the lot was friendly and I even got a free lunch!

Purchased car that had couple issues they said they would fixweek later got car back them saying it was fixed....it was notAlso car was returned filthy and missing hub capscar taken away again for 2nd time and week later they brought car backnow with broken windshieldThey ignored my calls and refused to fix windshield till I said they were not getting dealer plate back till it was fixedThey approved work and I got it fixed weeks laterThe time they had my car to fix it they drove my car to Nanaimo for any work they did to it putting on km's with no compensationI have asked for verification and paperwork of all work that was done to carNOTHINGHave not heard back from dealershipWould not recommend them to anyone

My faith in car salesman has been restored thanks to [redacted] at Galaxy. Having previous less than happy experiences elsewhere and I went to Galaxy just to look around. A car got my attention, [redacted] explained the car, let me have it overnight to fully get the feel of driving it. And the strangest part of all considering I always shy away from salesman and that [redacted] was so easy and fair to deal with, I upgraded our second vehicle as well. Came out with two vehicles and happy.

I have used the service department at the Courtenay location twice now. Service has been friendly, efficient, and unbeatable value.
