Galaxy Moving

Review: I spoke to a woman by the name of [redacted] - employee of Galaxy, we went over an inventory list of my items that were to be moved and she estimated 582 cf at $1600, the day of the move 3 men arrived in a filthy truck with no company info on it, and the men came in and told me that by looking at what I had ready to go was well over 1,100 cf and I would have to pay 3,000 - I immediately picked up the phone to call their office only to get their voicemail over 5 times, the driver called several times himself on his cell phone while on speaker he too got the voicemail. I said that I would no do business with a company that cannot be reached by myself or one of their employees. How would I entrust my valuable assets to leave on that filthy truck and know that I would ever see them or my 3,000 again. I continued to call even after I sent them on their way without my things - still no answer or call back. I gave [redacted] my credit card info for a security deposit of $335, I checked my bank it was never put through, but she has all the information at her disposal. I will file charges if she uses my credit card information, but I want this to go on record. T believe their company is a scam, and need to be exposed.Desired Settlement: Acknowledgement that I didn't get what I asked for, and that her or their company's drivers do not try to scam people into spending more money than was estimated. I know it's an estimate, but 50% more is ridiculous.
