This letter is in response to the letter we received dated March 10, I have attached the documents Ms*** signedUnfortunately, we can not refund her the holding deposit because it is our company policy to permit a day window in which the applicant has to provide eligibility for our
program
If the applicant can not provide documentation then the applicant has hour time frame from the day they give the holding deposit to cancel and receive their holding depositMs*** never cancelled nor did she provide the documentation we needed to complete her application
Please refer to the pages I attached, along with the notification of eligibility that was sent to Ms*** on 11/11/that listed all items that we requested

billing and drafted from bank.I signed a paper but never saw the paper or its contents and I was never explained of what I was signing. the page was covered up when I signed it. then [redacted] deducted money from my account and when I called them they said I would have to talk to the manager and ask him to withdraw my contract and if not I would be turned into the credit bereau. Desired Settlementi want my name taken off any business to do with them. they advertise no contract. but they never let you see it.
