Sent in a $radio for repair and cannot get a reply via phone or email It's been weeks Very unsatisfied
I sent in my Galaxy radio for repair on August 29th Their turnaround time provided by their return authorization email stated weeks It is now November 26th This is unacceptable I could have spent the cost of shipping with my local technician and would have had it back in a week This is BAD!!!
