From: *** Date: Thu, Mar 24, at 5:PMSubject: FW: Customer Service Comment for Store Comment ID # ***To: "***@cleveland.Revdex.com.org" hi *** how are you,I am forwarding the emails to explain what took place between the customer and myself and I was copying Subway customer care center and my Subway field rep.Hi my name is Pascal B*** and I am the owner of subway located on west th street Cleveland Ohio 44109, it was brought to my attention that Mrs *** supposedly had an issue with her tomato on the sandwich that she purchased from our store so I called her and left her a message to call me back to see what happened and what was wrong to be able to assist her and resolve the complain, but she never didImmediately and right after I read her complain I went to the store and checked all the tomato product received by our distributor and no mold tomato was found neither we received any similar complain about it from another customer, I than forwarded my answer to Subway customer care center, the next day or so Mrs *** sent another complain to subway, upon receiving her complain I called her again and I was able to speak with her and we agreed that she will go to my Subway store and pick up her replacement sandwich consist of a inch Cold Cut Trio and on top of it I offered her a drink and a bag of chips to make her happy and she said that she will be at the store by O clock, I waited for her till 4:that day and she did not show up, so she sent another complain to Subway care center stating that we did not give her a free sandwich so I called her the next day and we agreed that she will go there around noon to pick up her inch Cold Cut Trio sub, sure enough Mrs *** showed up and start telling other customers who were waiting in line to order sandwiches that we carry mold tomato this is when my manager got involve and asked her politely not to say that and asked her to proceed with her order; Mrs *** ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich instead and we still gave it to her for free with the drink and chipsPlease be advised and after reading her complaints that we offered to give her her money back in full but she refusedI will email you a copy of her receipt recorded in our systemplease let me know if I can be more help in this caseBe advised that all the action took place within an approximate dates and timesThanks a lot

Maria, the owner, states the consumer received a free sandwich, beverage, and chips because of what happened. She received the items prior to reporting them to the Revdex.com. The business believes they have done their due...

diligence and is not willing to offer the consumer anything more.

I HAD A FOOTLONG THAT HAD MOLDED TOMOATOES SHE GAVE A 6inch and made me pay for the other half of my sandwich HOW ARE U REPLACING MY SANDWHICH BUT I ONLY REPLACING HAVE I DIDNT BUY A 6INCH I BOUGHT A 12inch a FOOT LONG MARIA ATTITUDE WAS VERY NASTY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL HOW ARE U A BUSINESS OWNER WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE AND SELLING MOLDED VEGETABLES BUT THATS OKAY I HAVE ENOUGH PROOF TO FILE A LAWSUIT
