Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As I have stated repeatedly, I have received no coupon from Galderma.I have had enough of this -- there is absolutely no reason why Galderma cannot send another couponI have lost money by returning my product to them for evaluationI am amazed at such very poor customer service on the part of this companyI will no longer buy Galderma products.I wish no more correspondence; my thanks to the Revdex.com for trying to assist me in this matter Regards, [redacted]
Galderma has mailed two coupons to the Consumer and mailed them to the address provided by the Consumer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes I did receive a PDF file of the coupon that was to be sent to meHowever, I did not receive the actual coupon via US MailAs I have stated previously, I am awaiting reimbursement for the Cetaphil product that Galderma requested I return to themI sent them the product in good faith that they would somehow replace that productA PDF of a paper coupon is not usableI suggested to Galderma that they check to make sure the coupons were indeed mailed to meTo date, I have received nothing from Galderma Regards, [redacted]

supposed first coupon was sentI found out that they supposedly send coupons when I was sent an email copy of the 2nd coupon.I requested that Galderma check to be sure that the coupons were actually sentThey could easily remedy this issue by sending a coupon via certified mail

from this company through Galderma Aspire rewardsThey were ordered on 1/17/I spoke to ***, manager for the company Aspire rewards and she said the glitch has been fixedI expect that these cards will arrive with the 4-time frame
We have sent two coupons to this consumer on two separate occasions. Her response acknowledges was also sent her an email with a copy of the second coupon
We are researching this issue and will respond ASAP. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I did receive a PDF file of the coupon that was to be sent to me. However, I did not receive the actual coupon via US Mail. As I have stated previously, I am awaiting reimbursement for the Cetaphil product that Galderma requested I return to them. I sent them the product in good faith that they would somehow replace that product. A PDF of a paper coupon is not usable. I suggested to Galderma that they check to make sure the coupons were indeed mailed to me. To date, I have received nothing from Galderma.

GALDERMA mailed the Consumer a coupon on 9/19/2017. The value of the coupon was $12.00.
