I am rejecting this response because: This is not a credit card. This is a checking account that is now closed. I have not had to provide any other merchant with confirmation from my bank that this account is closed. It has been almost 90 days since this transaction. There is nothing to dispute with my bank at this time. This is poor business on behalf of this dealership and retaliation for buying the vehicle from another dealership. I did not experience a single issue from the other dealership nor did they ever request any of my personal bank information in order to process my transaction, as Gale did. I refuse to provide Gale with any further banking information due to the fraudulent transactions made on my account after dealing with Gale.

Review: My wife & I spoke with [redacted] GM of Gale Toyota last week about what we perceived was a scam by Gale Toyota & State counseling Services ([redacted]). My son Daniel [redacted] applied for job at Gale and was informed he was hired and to report to work for training. On the 2nd day of training he was informed to bring $526.00 to pay for said training the next day; however, was guaranteed a position. Subsequently Dan was told he was not hired and repeatidly tried to contact State Counseling Services ([redacted]) and subsequently UCF Auto placement services ([redacted]) and after repeated attempts, his calls were not returned. I've since spoke to each individual and no one person claims cupability and have all pointed their respective fingers at one another after I had requested a refund.

Review: In April, 2014, my husband [redacted] and I purchased a new 2014 [redacted] from Gale [redacted] of [redacted].We had been privately financed through [redacted] Bank. The sales representative at Gale was convinced [redacted] Financial could beat the APR being offered by [redacted] Bank. I allowed Gale to run our credit and was firm and clear that they were only to run our credit for [redacted] Financial only. I expressed clearly three times that I did not want hard inquiries pulled on our credit aside from [redacted] Financial. We were financed through [redacted] Financial the next morning and purchased the vehicle. In May, I found out via promotional E-mail that there had been a $750 rebate program which we were eligible for at the time we had purchased our vehicle. The sales staff neglected to tell us at the time of purchase. When I reached out to Gale about it via E-mail, I never received any response. In June, I performed an annual check of our credit scores through the three bureaus. We noticed in our reports that we each had several hard inquiries from unfamiliar loan companies with the vendor clearly marked as "GALE [redacted] OF [redacted]." Our credit was run without our permission across multiple vendors outside of [redacted] after we clearly stated that we would not allow that. After finally speaking with a sales manager in August regarding this College Grad Rebate, Gale is claiming that we are not eligible for this rebate because the contract would have to be cancelled, rewritten, credit re-run, payments to date refunded, etc. The definition of a rebate is a partial refund of monies owed after full or overpayment. Gale is referring to this as a discount, which removes a portion owed at signing. These are two completely different methods, making "Rebate" false advertising. They also claimed that they cannot apply the rebate because it has been over 90 days since purchase. I originally reached out to them in May, within 30 days after purchase. I wasn't able to speak to anyone about it until August.Desired Settlement: I expect our owed rebate of $750 in the form of a check, following the proper definition of "rebate" from Gale [redacted] directly. They damaged our credit by running multiple hard inquiries when they were aware they were not authorized as well as withholding promotional information at purchase and avoidance of communication until 90 days had passed to attempt to force ineligibility.I request all further communication be recorded through The Revdex.com via this document.

Review: We were told when we purchased the car that the extended warranty was cancellable at any time. 5 days after purchasing the new car the bumper fell off and we were told it was not covered and that we "must of hit something". We asked how we could have hit something when the car is in tack but the bumper fall off. After dealing with this issue for 2 weeks we decided that we will cancel the extended warranty. This was done in June 2014. We went back in the office in July and were told we need to fill out more paper work. As of September 16 our account has still not been credited. The practice of this business in our eyes is very unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like to have our extended warrenty credited to our account.
