Galena Car Wash

On 12/04/2013 the Self Service car wash took my $3.00 however the spray wand did not produce any soap in which to wash my vehicle. There was no attendant available to correct the problem or to give a refund. I then went to the ** Gas Station adjacent to the car wash and was denied a refund as well. I was also told the car wash was shut down and in transition. There were no signs, cones, blockades or anything of any sort indicating the self service car wash was closed. There was a man in a truck in the bay next to my vehicle (attempting to wash his vehicle). All 3 bays were open.In closing, I can withstand a $3.00 loss however it is the principal of taking someones money for a service that was never intended to be rendered. I have been a loyal long time customer of the car wash and the previous [redacted] Station and will boycott both the car wash and the ** station now in place.
