Review: I ordered from Galan Tag Service, LLC. a complete package of documentation and registry for my car. I initially sent a check for $25.00 but after speaking with [redacted] and explaining what I wanted, I was told the total would be $243.00. I sent a subsequent check for $218.00 to cover the balance. That check cleared my bank on October 24, 2014.
I started sending emails and calling in July of 2015 as I hadn't received any updates or deliveries of the documentation services ordered. I spoke with [redacted] a couple of times and was told that they were working on it.
On November 10, 2015, I received an email from [redacted] that said they would be mailing the complete package out by the following Friday.
On November 19, 2015, I asked for an additional update with no response.
On December 13th, 2015, I requested verification of shipment.
On December 21, 2015 I received an email with a tracking number and photocopies of the documents, one of which was handwritten. This tracking number indicated that "Pre-shipment info has been sent to USPS".
On January 2, 2016, Fourteen and a half months after my payment cleared my bank. I sent another email asking if the tracking number was suppose to have been a joke because it was still at the same status and nothing had shipped.
Today, January 29, 2016, over 15 months since my check cleared, the status is the same and nothing has been shipped.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my $243.00 or the complete documentation I ordered delivered to me.

Document were emailed earlier, but I am sending out the hard copy via priority mail tomorrow morning. The tracking number has been sent to the customer. If he has further questions, please let me know. We are very sorry for the delay. We are a small company with small staff and do the best we can. I had left a message for the customer some time ago.
