$100 to $175 dollars he told the person he met there not to quote him on that because he was not sure. But we did not charge $175 for this permit. In good faith I refunded $50. We got a call that the customer smelled gas, we went out and found nothing wrong with the fix or any gas leaks.

I take all customer issues seriously and personally, especially when then there are false accusations made. We did our best to help the customer with 2 toilets. We did return to make a second repair on the first toilet and then were called...

I did not state that we would only go out to replace. The customer was aware of condition of the toilet from our first trip and he stated that they planned on remodeling the bathroom soon and wanted it to fixed to get by. The customer then stated that it seemed we did not want to work for them, I just said that I wanted them to understand that because of the age of the toilet we may not be able to fix it and that it may have to be replaced. He then hung up on me and has refused to even pay for the work we did do.

The business is disingenuous. We paid to have two toilets fixed. Both were not fixed correctly. The vendor came back and fixed one toilet. The other toilet the vendor said could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. We hired [redacted] Plumbing to come out and look at the second toilet. [redacted] fixed it and said it was not fixed properly the first time. It is now working fine and does not need to be replaced. The vendor is protecting its employee, Ken, who did not complete work properly. One of its own employees, Jeff, said the first toilet was not fixed correctly. [redacted] said the second toilet was not fixed correctly. We want a full refund.
