I hope you are doing wellI was working as an interpreter in New
Jersey for around hours and I have just got your e-mail message tonight. Some of the things mentioned to you by the representative of Galil Foods
are falseWhen I have spoken with her representative *** and I called her,
she told me how sorry she was that the wafers tasted badly and she told me that she was going to replace the items
and she was going to send me another itemsThe person who responded to my complaint didn't say the truth about the amount of items she has said that she was going to mail me
She never told me or told you that *** was going to send me two items of more value as she saidI also doubt very much that the candy bag *** *** sent me cost $I have bought cough drops bags in the past much bigger than this one for only $$or $How a tiny candy bag could cost $3.99?
I'm a Christian person and I'm saying the truthI paid $for the 5 wafers bags including the New York sales taxI never charged them not even an extra cent for what I paidI'm only requesting reimbursement for the three items that were missing inside of the bag or a reimbursement of $for the items that they promised to send me together and *** didn't keep her word even we already have spoken on the phone about this.
In addition she didn't say the truth about the mail serviceThe cost on mailing me these items to me was only $Not $as the lady who responded my message to The Revdex.com said to youI still have the envelope where the items were mailed to meI can see the amount of money that was paid for this mail service
I can mail a copy of The envelope to The Revdex.com office proving that I'm saying the truthI'm a very busy person and I will not spend the energy for this small amount of money but I paid money for these wafers, the wafers tasted badly and I deserve to have the items reimbursed or replacedI also don't deserve to be treated like this by *** and ***
I have been a good customer of their food company and I also don't deserve they hang up the phone on me as they did to me twiceI always behave as a gentleman with them and I acted very nice and also in a professional wayThey are the ones who behaved very rude with me over the phone
The reason why I threw away the package wrappers of the wafers was because *** told me that she was going to replace them and she also said to me that I can throw them away because she was sending me a package with new itemsIn any moment she said to me that she was going to mail me only two itemsIf I knew she was going to send me only two items, I would have never accept this type of replacement
I have photocopies of the wafer bags that I made before and I will be glad to mail them to your Office of The Revdex.com in New York CityI also never offered to send a scanned copy of the wafers packaging to *** *** or *** ***How could I have done it if my scanner has problems, What she said in her response message is also not truth
I offered to send a photocopy of the wafer packages by mail to their office in Long Island but *** *** refusedShe told me that she was going to mail me the replacement items and she told me not to worryI still have the information of the wafer packages and I will be glad to e-mail this information to The Office of The Revdex.com along with the photocopies of the packages I made before throwing them awayi can mail this to your office in New York City.

I realized later on that *** has hang up the phone on me during my previous call when I heard her husband or *** saying to *** the following:

I heard the voice of a middle age man saying this to her during my last phone call

This response in in regards to the claim filed by *** *** ***Initially *** *** had contacted us about a couple of weeks ago by phoneI personally spoke with him and he had notified me he was unhappy with is purchase of five boxes of Lior Lemon WafersAs per *** ***, he
told me that he purchased them for a $each from Golan Dried Fruit in BrooklynFrom our conversation I understood that the product was not expired or damaged in anyway and that he was not happy with the tasteI advised him to return the boxes back to the store so that they could replace them or issue a refundAs per *** ***, he told me that the store was a good distance away from him and he was unable to spend the money on transportationOut of good faith for our customer, we offered to send out a gift pack of items to satisfy himI had never agreed to send out five boxes of Lior Lemon Wafers, or any wafers for that fact, since I knew he was not happy with the taste of the productThat very week a gift pack was sent out of box assorted Galil Teas which costs $as well as pack of Lior Sugar-Free Peach Candies which costs $Soon after, I received multiple calls from him that he was unhappy with the gift pack that was sent to him, and that *** *** was expecting five items to be sent to him, when only two were sent to himRelatively, the price of goods purchased by *** *** totaled at $The items that were sent as a complimentary gift to him were totaled at $5.98, not accounting for shipping and handling which is an extra $When speaking with him I had told him that we sent out the complimentary gift pack because we truly want our customers to be happy with their purchaseAt this point, I offered that if he returned the items back to Golan Dried Fruit, I would personally contact the *** *** and have them replace the items for him or issue a refund*** *** then went on to tell me he had thrown out all five boxes and did not have the receiptI found this to be odd, especially since he offered to send me a scan of the packaging when he initially contacted usIn any case, if we do not have the original product or receipt, we are unable to request that the store offer a refund or exchange; which would have been paid by us through a pass through deduction from the store. I hope you are doing well.

I’m writing to you because I’m going through some difficulties with one of the food companies from the town of Syosset, Long Island and I can’t take this anymore. I have been a good customer of Galil Foods in the past. I have purchased some of their soups, crackers, wafers and fruit cans in the supermarket but they treated me badly.

I have purchased 5 packages of their wafers with filled with vanilla flavored cream from Israel. I paid $5.43 for the five of them in a store in [redacted]. The wafers didn’t have good taste. I don’t know what was wrong with the wafers. They were on sale those days that’s why I bought them in a store in [redacted].

I called the store to explain what happened to me because the grocery store was very far from me and they told me to contact Galil foods about this. The transportation to get there is around $ 5 Dollars by subway and by bus. It was not even worth it to travel there.

First, I sent them an e-mail explaining my unpleasant experience with the wafers. They never responded. After that I called them and I left a voice message to call me saying that was urgent but they never returned my phone calls. I tried a third time. I got a lady whose name was [redacted]. [redacted] listened to me and she took a report with me over the phone.

I read to her the bar codes numbers of the wafers packages, expiration dates and another code number she asked to say to her. After we were several minutes on the phone taking all the information, [redacted] told me that she was going to replace the 5 bags of wafers and send me another 5 replacement products of their food company. I didn’t want confrontations even these wafers packages cost me money even was only $5.43. [redacted] told me that she was mailing me a package of five of their products. I was willing to accept the replacement but I didn’t know what I was really going to get.

She took my name, address and phone number. She told me that I was going to receive the package in only a few days. Okay. I waited for several days until the package arrived by mail. I checked the package and I got the surprise that I found only two replacement items instead of the five items that I bought from them and I was also promised these five items from [redacted] in order to replace the ones that tasted badly.

One of them was a very small tea box and another one was a small bag of candies I don’t even eat because the dentist recommended me not to eat candies to avoid tooth problems such as [redacted] and they also have a lot of chemicals and my body doesn’t need these chemicals. I had a medical treatment with a nutritionist in Queens in order to spell the chemicals from my body. That’s why I don’t want to put chemicals in my body.

They have mailed me two items that cost less money than the ones that I bought and what I paid for.

I called [redacted] to talk about the mistake they made. [redacted] was very rude with me and told me that she couldn’t mail me anything else even she has already promised me several days before and agreed with me that she was sending the 5 replacement items. After that I asked her to transfer me to her [redacted] because she didn’t seem to understand.

This [redacted] was even ruder and I think she hang up the phone on me. The [redacted] name was “[redacted]” I tried to speak with [redacted] in a very nice way and professional way in order to make her understand that this was not fair to me.

She was also rude and mean, She told me that she was not mailing me anything else even I have spent $5.43 buying those items. I also heard someone in the background saying to her in a very rude way “Hang up the phone on him” “Disconnect the call” “Hang up the phone on him” Maybe was her husband or boss. They treated me very badly even I have been a good customer of them.

In the end she told me, not to call us anymore. That’s why I would like to get your assistance in order to resolve this serious matter.

I’m only asking for a reimbursement of $3.27 or three replacement products of my choice. I should charge them for $4.35 or 4 items of my choice because they sent me two items and the candy they sent me, I can’t even use it. I’m only able to use the tea.

The candy they sent me has a lot of chemicals and is not healthy for me. They only sent me two items and I bought 5 of them. They are still three items missing.

Relatively, the price of goods purchased by [redacted] totaled at $5. The items that were sent as a complimentary gift to him were totaled at $5.98, not accounting for shipping and handling which is an extra $3.67. When speaking with him I had told him that we sent out the complimentary gift pack because we truly want our customers to be happy with their purchase. At this point, I offered that if he returned the items back to Golan Dried Fruit, I would personally contact the [redacted] and have them replace the items for him or issue a refund. [redacted] then went on to tell me he had thrown out all five boxes and did not have the receipt.
