We have spoken and emailed Mr [redacted] and informed him that unfortunately the paint on his car does not match any paint used at our jobsite that he is referring toHe is expecting us to pay for something we did not causeHowever, our Superintendent and Project Manager have both spoken to him and our Project Manager said he would be at the jobsite on a particular day and was willing to meet him there at that time to go over thisIn our investigation, it does appear that someone spilled a bucket of paint on Whittier Blvd that matches the paint spray on his carMr [redacted] was also notified of our findings and refused to accept it

However, our Superintendent and Project Manager have both spoken to him and our Project Manager said he would be at the jobsite on a particular day and was willing to meet him there at that time to go over this.
