I have still not received my deposit in fullThe company in question has already admitted that they have made a mistake and given me back another portion of my depositGalitzen Properties still owes me $1,of the deposit backOn May 9, 2017, I talked to *** who is employed by Galitzen Properties and she advised me that the repairs as of that date had not been completedLess then a week later the property in question was already re-rented out to another property ( This property is on my commute and as such I drive by it on a daily basis)The invoice that was sent to me, by Galitzen Properties to justifying the damage and the holding of deposit money states that the repairs were already completedThe invoice states that repairs were more costly because quick touch ups failed to fix the problemThis repair invoice is dated for the next day after I moved outAs I mentioned before Surf City Properties is actually owned by Galitzen PropertiesGalitzen Properties does this in order to make look like a third party did the repairsIt helps them when they want to falsely take peoples depositsI believe that there was no repairs made to apartment before it was rented out to a new partyJust as these claims of damage that I have made were already there when I moved inI was only in the property for three monthsI lived alone and had a chair, a TV, and a air mattressThis company prays on people to take there hard earned money for there own selfish gainsIf you look them up on the internet there is story after story of how they have stolen peoples money with claims of damage.

Consumer is incorrect - repairs charged were completed to the apartment as shown on the invoice. The new resident did not move into the apartment until May 17, one month after consumer moved out of the apartment. Repairs were completed before that move in. Consumer was never told by phone conversation that repairs were not, or would not be, completed.
