I had an accident at a local convenience store falling headfirst into a large display of anti-freeze jugs and smashing my head into a glass window due to icy storm and the company not treating the entry way for customer safety. This happened on December 27th of 2021, I suffered a major concussion with long term head trauma, bruised ribs, shoulder, arms, and legs, being said I have been working with the same individual through the entire process, she has not handled my injury as company protocol. I have been lied to on more occasions than I can count at this point, nice on the phone, but never follows through with correspondence as promised through emails, I have provided all documentation needed months ago, However I just keep getting the run around. My medical bills will soon go into collections, if they have not already, I just wanted my time loss of work and my medical bills paid as well as pain and suffering. Now I am dealing with a permanent injury. I am a patient person, however in my line of work a dispute is handled immediately or in a timely manner, Today is May 10th, 2022, and NOTHING! I will not give up! I will stand up for what is moral and right, even if I have to file complaints on every social media platform. The only reason for the one star is because it would not let me submit.
