on 2-22-i stayed in ah hotel in tucson az, double tree my car was broken in too! made ah report to the police, and the hotel managenent, the hotel management give ah claim number with gallagher bassett contact information like michael s [redacted] and frank m [redacted] whos mr s [redacted] supervisor , I been calling michael st [redacted] and he never answers , I left messages and never return my calls , just like mr frank m***, I got ah claim with them and all they do is ignore peopleso they just give up and they can keep their profits and maybe bonuses for denying claims to everyone, corruption expose and maybe disscrimination as well shame an GALLAGHER BASSETT for training their employees like that , hopefully some one will stop them one day , very very CORRUPT company !here are the number s of michael st [redacted] so everyone can try to call and he will never answer ***610-3***, his supervisor frank m [redacted] ***-962-[redacted] , same thing , right away he will try to make you say something bad to implicate you I your incident , to RUB in your face that everything that happens is your own fault , and deny your claim , is the mentality and practices of this corrupt company!

Review: I fell at [redacted] on 05/22/14. A Workers Comp claim was filed with [redacted] Insurance Company, Gallagher Bassett. Claim # [redacted].

I received payment for lost wages. I am looking for payment to the doctor I saw ([redacted]) in the amount of $175.00.

I have submitted this claim as well as the doctor's office submitting the claim over 8 times to the insurance company over the past 2 years. Whenever I am successful in getting a person on the phone, I am told to resubmit the claim,

after being told it is a duplicate. (When I was told it was a duplicate bill, I have asked several times for them to provide proof of payment to my doctor).

05/22/12 - Saw Dr. at [redacted], per the instruction of [redacted].

06/18/12 - Dr.'s office submitted claim to Gallagher Bassett.

08/20/12 - Dr.'s office resubmitted claim to Gallagher Bassett.

10/13/12 - Dr.'s office has received no response from Gallagher Bassett.

10/30/12 - I called Gallagher Bassett and was told it was a duplicate bill. I asked them to provide proof of acceptance and payment of bill. Was given reference #139613869 to provide to my Dr.'s office and

was told to have the doctor's office call them. I did so on 10/30/12 at 5:17pm

11/02/12 - Dr.'s office resubmitted bills to Gallagher Bassett per their instruction.

06/20/13 - I called Gallagher Bassett, spoke with Ray and was told to resubmit bill.

06/20/13 - Had doctor's office resubmit bill, per Ray's request. I also resubmitted bill to them.

08/26/13 - Resubmitted bill again to Gallagher Bassett.

05/14/14 - Still no response to myself or doctor's office regarding bill.

06/17/14 - Checked online through Gallagher Bassett's claim status website and the only thing showing as paid are my 2 lost wages checks.

Received name of new adjuster, [redacted], ###-###-#### [redacted]. Left message.

Dr.'s office's billing # ###-###-####, spoke with [redacted] over the last 2 years regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: Proof that Gallagher Bassett has paid the $175.00 to the doctor's office OR payment to be made to the doctor's office.
