RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I had to constantly beg to be seen at Medfast Urgent care. I have not yet received proper treatment. I traveled over an hour away to Dr . G [redacted] S [redacted] only for Mr G [redacted] and his office to guaranteed me that he does not specialize in my injuries. Mr. G [redacted] and his staff also stated that Brenda S [redacted] purposely sent me to this Dr's office with the knowledge that Mr. G [redacted] does not specialize in neck injuries. I have since received treatment from hospital. I have not received any medical treatment from [redacted] and or Gallagher and Bassett. The [redacted] urgent care does not and cannot provide medical attention for my injuries they can only refer me to a specialist.
