I am the home owner and have spoken to Mr [redacted] on multiple occasions and this situation has been resolved positively to both of our satisfaction I wanted to reach out to see if there is a way to mark this complaint as resolved to our satisfaction or have it removed entirely? Gallagher Brothers was contracted to repair and stain our deck which had been hail damaged but they did not complete the work as promised and left large areas unpaintedDespite sending their painter out numerous times to fix it, they still missed several areas that we repeatedly pointed out and supplied photosUpon our last request to paint the missed areas, they demanded final payment before they would send their painters back out to finish the jobThey asked us to "trust them" and that they would make good on their work, so we did and paid themThat was a big mistakeA year later, no one has come out to complete the jobVery dishonest company that's only after your money

The job has been finished and the homeowner has been satisfied

This is an invalid & non-legitimate complaint. The submitted information was not accurate. In fact, quite the opposite. In short, this homeowner was not home, and ultimately, her dogs bit our employee while he was performing his job duties... Our employee has already been to the hospital...

We recently had a full roof replacement done after hail damage. When choosing a contractor, we contacted Gallagher and two other locally owned companies. We chose Gallagher because they were quick to respond to phone calls and were very thorough with their communication, a trait that we immediately recognized was lacking in the other two companies. A sales rep came to our house within a few days and explained the entire process from choosing the color of the tiles to the final clean up and warranty. He was very patient and completely answered any questions we had, responding to phone calls and e-mails almost immediately. Once we chose them to do the work, the process went along exactly as described before hand. The work looks great and clean up was done thoroughly. It is still new, so I cannot yet speak to any problem resolution, but I have complete confidence that they will honor their warranty if any follow up is needed. In summary, I am very pleased with the entire experience and very happy with the way the new roof looks.
