On this complaint it stated that this was Revdex.com second response I never received the initial report Apparently what I received was the second reportI opened the email Saturday July 19th and looked into the matter this morningOn June 23, 2014, my employee [redacted] received a phone call from [redacted] He stated that he thought a screw was missing from the awning we installed in March 28, He also stated that the awning was fine, that it was not hanging nor drooping [redacted] told him that she will call the manufacturer and get back to him [redacted] informed me that she called and spoke to him after speaking the the manufacturerShe told him that they will be out to check and see if his awning had a missing screw They were at the service on Wednesday July 16, to check the issue out and install the missing screw Most of our manufacturers close for a week during the fourth of July Gallagher Bros has always provided excellent service and we stand behind all of our products that we install.Any questions, please contact me at [redacted] ***.Thank You [redacted] ***
Gallagher Bros installed the windows 8-11- The windows do come complete with a warranty from [redacted] When the service was called in on November 17, 2015, we gave it to the factory immediately and then they process it Once we send over our customers information and issue with the windows, the factory takes care of the restI am sure the sashes are in production since I have a written confirmation from the factory The two phone calls that we have on record, we immediately called the factory, and were assured they will contact the customer once sashes were complete The factory does close for a winter break.What is really important that I must add, Gallagher Bros and [redacted] stand behind their material and installationsMost manufactures would not cover the labor after years of installation [redacted] does that for Gallagher Bros because we are a reputable companyMost companies would supply the glass and charge for the laborWe do our best not too Any questions, please contact me ###-###-####Marianne M [redacted] Gallagher Btros., Inc
