Customer and dealership had poor communication during follow up to vehicle sale. It was not clearly understood by the dealership that customer was no longer interested in taking vehicle after a delivery date and time was confirmed. Customers full deposit was refunded once his intentions were made clear to dealership management. Thank you very much.
Review: Brought my vehicle in for service.I supplied parts, Estimated at 150.00 labor.Service department ended up damaging my electronic components and making my vehicle no longer drivable. Took them 10 days to get me back on the road.Incompetency on their part should not be my responsibility.
