Review: My roof needs to be repaired around the heater vent/chimney as my heater, wall, floor, etc. gets wet when it rains. Roof was put on in 2008 and I have it in writing that there is a 15 year warranty on it. Many weeks of phone messages brought one inspection where the worker said there is nothing wrong with the roof. What am I supposed to do?Desired Settlement: My roof repaired.
