My supplier, [redacted] out of Waco, TX had just finished engraving the customer's Angel Monument and were in the process of moving the monument to the shipping department when the monument slipped out of the nylon belts supporting it and broke At this time the customer and her sister were presented with options: Option #Order a new Angel made in China from the same supplier with the corresponding wait time and receive a 15% discount Option #Refund her deposit Option #Order an existing Angel monument from another supplier with a reduced wait time but no discount The customer chose option # 3.The new Angel has already been engraved and will arrive with an estimated ETA at the end of this month.Thanks You.- [redacted] [redacted]
