Gallant & Son Small Engines

lied to me about calling if mower problem was not covered under warrant, I was to get a call first, It didn't happen
I took my lawnmower in to gallant and son to get it fixed because the manufacturer said to , the lady at the counter took my info and told me if this was a ethanal issue it would not be covered under warranty so I said give me a call first and she said she would, well that did not happen I got there and was given a bill for and I asked what was this for and they told me to rebuild the carb and I said I was suppose to get a call first the lawnmower is brand new and It shouldn't need anything only used twice and all three of the owners started yelling at me that they did not say that and they want the money or the lawnmower stays there!!! they said the gas was no good which was a lie because there was no gas in it all winter until the day I took it in to them and it was octane gas the good stuff they said it was bad gas with the ethanol in it!!! all lies nwew g
