Excellent Service for last 10 years
Review: Mr. [redacted] owner of Gallardo's Auto Service repaired my 1999 Honda Civic. He replaced the radiator hoses and clamps on 4-4-13.
On May 11, 2013, I informed him face to face that my car was over heating. He told me face to face that he had not opened the air conditioning unit and he wanted me to contact an air conditioning shop for service. My neighbor recommended [redacted] Auto Repair and they connected my coolant fan. If I had driven for more that 15 min, I could have blown my engine. Not only did Mr. [redacted] "LIE" but did not offer to fix the problem! Desired Settlement: I want this complaint posted so some one else can not receive poor and inefficient work!!

I appologize for this whole misunderstanding. When you stopped by to tell me about overheating. You stated that it was with the A/C on only. I explaind to you that the problem could be several things and that I would have to look at it. We did not do any repairs to the A/C system only the engine cooling system. You explaind that you had the A/C system redone at another shop and that you would take it to them first. If you had let me look at it first that repair would have been free.
