Gallatin Creeks to Peaks

Dealing with this rental company was nothing short of painful. While I was looking at apartments, the property manager was eager to show the property and quickly returned phone calls. He seemed a little pushy, but I needed a nice, safe place to live just moving into the state from across the country, so I took it. As soon as papers were signed, he turned into one of the rudest people I've ever met: totally unavailable, totally unwilling to work around my schedule for maintenance, condescending, and just downright stubborn. When I moved in, I had a rabbit (which I will say he took a chance on, and I appreciated that), who I paid an extra $25 a month for (pet fee). When I had to put her down not a month after moving in, they deducted the $25 the following month as well. This was AFTER I provided paperwork proving she had been euthanized (which he absolutely required) and he still refused to refund the money stating, "The money has already been dispersed." The dishwasher broke about 3 months in, and even after sending requests through the portal (which they tell you is the preferred method, and they will NOT accept verbal requests for maintenance), the dishwasher was STILL not fixed when I moved out at the end of my lease 9 months later. While I loved my apartment, I would NEVER recommend this rental company to anyone.
