In response to Mr***'s complaint please be advised Mr*** came in to purchase a ***. Everything was explained to him in terms of his lease agreement. He was very satisfied when he left the dealership. However, I understand when he went home his
fiancé did not agree with the terms of the lease and she called Alix the finance manager to renegotiate. At that time she was advised that since she was not on the contract we could not discuss anything pertaining to the lease but we would be willing to speak to Mr***. We did not hear back from Mr*** John P, President Sansone Auto Network 90-Route Avenel, NJ

Response: The Customer had been in the Service Department for electrical concerns. We replaced her alternator under her warranty contract. Additionally, we explained to her that the vehicle was involved in a recent collision and that the repairs made were...

inadequate or incomplete. The Service Manager brought the Customer into the shop and showed her the broken wires and various lights that were disconnected. He suggested that she return the vehicle to the repair shop and have the conditions corrected. She was going to return to the body shop.

I am rejecting this response because: The statements being made are false, my fiance was present during the purchase of the [redacted] and the terms were explained to both of us which were agreed upon by the both of us that day. When I returned to sign the paper work the terms were different then originally presented and felt I had no choice in the matter but to sign the revised agreement due to this being the only vehicle. Not only were the terms different then originally discussed they stated they made an area and did not include sales tax of 800$. At this point Alix gave me the option to either pay the 800$ out of pocket that day or have that amouny added on to the monthly payments. When my fiance returned from work we discussed what had happened and the changes that were made which resulted in an increase in monthly payment. Alix in fact did speak to me and I gave him the permission to speak to my fiance regarding the issue. My Fiance then called Alix to speak to him regarding the revised contract and qlix stated he could still not speak to her and would have to come to discuss the matter. My Fiance explained the difficulty in being able to come back due to our work busy schedules and asked if it can be discussed and resolved over the phone. Alix became very disrespectful and told my fiance he did not have the time to speak to her. My Fiance then said it would be reported to the Revdex.com and he said due as you wish. This is very unjust and unfair the paperwork was signed based upon the amount we felt we can afford monthly and had to make adjustments to make ends meet to afford the revised monthly payments.

Review: I purchased a 2009 jeep partiot Feb 14,2015 21days after purchasing the vehicle I had electricial problems and was at the dealership June 2015 I had a problem with the cooling system I was at the dealership now same problems reoccurred with electricial problems in Aug 2015 I only had this jeep 6 mons. And I continue to keep have problems I purchased this jeep to have a safe vehicle for my children and me I am a single mom who currently does not have money to pay for all that is occurringDesired Settlement: I would like to exchange the jeep or refunded

I have electricial problems before the alternator I was there 21 days after purchasing the truck and three prior to that for eletricial problems that was the recent active

Review: This was the worst customer service I have received. I bought a Toyota Corolla LE 2015 from Sansone Toyota Auto Mall on US Route 1 in Avenel the car is great but the service I received was very bad. Steve S[redacted] try to sell me other warranties that I was not interested in and I try to cancel the warranties thru Steve which he never fax to Financial Services, I had to call Financial Services myself and cancel the warranties. I am paying for Lo Jack which was never install I called and spoke with a manager who told me Lo Jack is not refundable but it was never installed .Desired Settlement: I want my paper work to be adjusted not showing Lo Jack and that 695.00 taken off
