On December 8, 2015, I left my ship model "*** *** *** *** with Gallery on consignment for saleI received a receipt # *** from AshleyLater than same day I received an e-mail confirming this consignment #XXXXX with the sale price of $ Last week, I called them to confirm the status of the sale The phone # was disconnected and upon driving to their location saw that the store was emptyI contacted the Leasing Agent in Naples to learn that they vacated with all merchandise and did not leave a forwarding address, I have sent an e-mail to the address I had on file on Sept2, 2016, and have not received a replyNOTE: the e-mail was not returned by the server
How do I go about reclaiming my ship model OR getting the money owed me if it was sold?
