To start off before moving into this complex, I was shown a model apartment and told that I would be receiving something similar which I did notI was given keys to my actual apartment the day before I moved in to see that it was COVERED in roachesDue to me moving in on a weekend during hours the office was not open, I bombed the apartment over night so it was at least habitable enough to move in the next dayMy second day moved in, I received a notice on my door saying that I owed the office $along with noticing my oven, dishwasher and toilet were brokenWhen I asked about the notice on my door they said it was a mistake and when asked to address my broken appliances and my toilet (which by the way is a health code violation) they said it would be addressed within the next day or soweeks passed by and nothing was fixed, my toilet was still broken and I continued to recieve letters saying that I owed moneyOne evening I came home and had found that I was locked out of my apartment due to payment delinquencyUpon going in person to the office I was told that I wasnt charged enough upon move in and that I was to pay the balance leftIt wasnt until I threatened to call the coorporate office that I finally had all of my issues resolvedAll of these things occured in the very first month I lived hereI still have a major roach problem, and am locked into a lease forced to deal with an unsanitary and inhabitable living enviornment

UPON CONSIDERING A MOVE TO THIS LOCATION WE FOUND THAT THEY ASK FOR DEPOSITS ONLY WANT O SHOW YOU THE MODEL AND EXPECT FOR YOU TO MOVE IN OFF " OH YOU'LL LIKE THIS NEW APARTMENT." 03/20/2015 WE WAS TOLD THAT A APT UNIT ( FINALLY A UNIT NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE FIRST PLACE) #[redacted] THAT IT WILL COME WITH ALL NEW APPLIANCES FROM THE FLOOR TO THE WALLS NEW EVERYTHING NEEDED TO BE UPDATED THEY MENTIONED. SO TODAY WHEN WE ARRIVED AFTER BEING TOLD COME AT 4 OR 5 PM THEN CONTACTED AND TOLD TO COME A 6PM. SHOWING SIGNS THAT THE APARTMENT ISN'T EVEN READY WHEN THEY BEEN REMODELING THE ENTIRE APT FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH NOW. ME AND MY SPOUSE GET INTO THE APT TO FEEL ITS EXTREMELY HOT AND DOESN'T LOOK NOR SMELL LIKE NEW IN THE APT. DOWN STAIRS RESTROOM TOILET WAS DIRTY THE TUB WAS CAN RUSTED OR SOMETHING WASN'T OUT WITH THE OLD IN WITH THE NEW AS THEY TRIED TO BUTTER THE SITUATION UP FOR MOVE IN. UP STAIRS ROOM DOESN'T HAVE A BED ROOM DOOR FOR PRIVACY THE WINDOWS DON'T HAVE WINDOW SCREENS AT ALL AND THERE WAS A MAINTENANCE MAN IN THE UPSTAIRS RESTROOM GHETTO RIGGING WHAT THEY WAS HOPING TO SHOWCASE THE HOME AS EVERYTHING SMACK BRAND NEW. THE GUY WAS ON THE FLOOR WITH THE PARTIAL TOILET NEAR HIM AND HES GOING TO TOWN AT RANCHING SOMETHING ON THIS NEWLY PUT TOGETHER APARTMENT. ( YEAH RIGHT ) WE THEN RETURN TO THE LEASING OFFICE AND PROVIDE A EXHAUSTING DISAPPOINTED NOOOOOOOOO AND THE CURRENT PROPERTY MANAGER OF 03/20/2015 CAUGHT A ATTITUDE ASKING WHAT WE DON'T LIKE ABOUT THE APT?? WE EXPLAINED AS STATED ABOVE AND MORE AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO STATE THEY TURN ON THE A/C RIGHT BEFORE THE TENET COMES INTO THE UNITS. I TOLD HER NO MA'AM Y'ALL WAS THE ONES WHO SET THIS APPOINTMENT UP FOR KEY DAY AND MAKE THINGS OFFICIAL THINKING WE WOULDN'T GO LOOKING AT THE APARTMENT FIRST AND IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR READY FOR NO MOVE IN FOR ANY ONE. BEFORE LEARNING OF APT [redacted] THEY WAS TRYING TO PUT US IN PLAN E AND THEN MENTIONED ONLY ONE WITH WASHER DRYER CONNECTIONS, BUT THE TENET THERE WOULDN'T REMOVE HERSELF FROM THE PROPERTY??????? THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE BACK OUR DEPOSIT STATING NONE REFUNDABLE. A DEPOSIT IS FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE TO HOLD A APT TO ENSURE ITS YOURS. BUT HOW CAN THAT BE IN MY SITUATION WHEN SINCE GIVING THE DEPOSIT THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT UNIT NUMBER TO PROVIDE US NOR WAS THE APT EVEN AVA ON A DAY THEY WANTED TO RUSH KEY DAY AND REQUEST PRORATED RENT OF 370.00 BEFORE EVEN HAVING TO SHOW THE APT AFTER WE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES. WE WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THE APT FOR IT WASN'T READY YET THE DAY IT WAS TO BE IT STILL WASN'T SO WHY NOT GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK?
