Gallery C

The gallery owner assured me that I could try the paintings to be sure I liked them. She then refused to accept a return.
The gallery owner delivered the paintings on December 27, at which time I told her that I was not sure I liked them and that I thought they fought with the decor. I gave her my credit card based on her prior assurances that I could try the paintings. She did not tell me at any time that there was a time limit on returns. She did not have her equipment with her, so she did not run my card then and did not give me a receipt. I called her 3 business days later on January 2, and then again on January 3, 2013. When she finally returned my call on January 4, she told me for the first time that I could not return the paintings after the end of the month.
