Review: I brought a blue dress in to be hemmed and paid $20 in cash in advance. When I picked up the dress, the hem was done in very visible black thread instead of a matching blue thread. Furthermore, the stitching on the hem was very visibly crooked. The combination of the black color thread and extremely crooked stitching has made the dress unwearable. When I pointed out this work to the company, the two owners began yelling at me. They told me that it was impossible to do this work with blue thread. They also yelled that "everyone" knows that you can't do a straight hem on stretchy material. I said that nobody had told me that they would be unable to do a matching thread or to do straight stitching, and they repeated again that "everyone" knows that this is the case.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $20 I paid for this inferior service.
