Ms*** left product behind during her September visit; we located her items and, after six weeks, she finally sent us an international address to ship them to her We shipped them - at our expense and as a courtesy - and they were delayed between USPS and US Customs When Ms
*** grew impatient with the delay at Customs we offered to refund her money. She refused. We offered multiple times, always in writing, and she refused the refund.During the two month period we exchanged more than total emails with either Ms*** or the friend she was traveling with and Ms***'s emails would fluctuate - often within hours! - between nasty and angry and filled with happy face icons and requests to buy more merchandise from us! After sharing information with us on multiple occasions that was simply not true (we have emails from a third party disputing much of what she shared with us) we REPLACED her items with those of greater value than she paid and shipped them - again, at our expense - to Hong Kong.Ms*** has been provided with the USPS/US Customs number and has indicated in subsequent emails that she's received the number and has the ability to track her own package This is the first time in years that we've ever received a complaint and have the highest customer satisfaction record possible with three online markets and with our own bank merchant accountWe have declined to take Ms*** up on her offer to purchase more items from us.At the advice of *** in the New Mexico/Southern CO office, I am not attaching the pages of corresponding documents but will keep them for another days
