I have read the consumers complaint and have found the following:  The table has been reordered for this consumer and has been backordered for quite some time now.  We have not forgotten about this consumer and have been keeping the consumer updated as we have been given information...

from the factory.  We have spoken to the factory again today, and they promise we will have this table within the next 10-14 business days as it is finally available and is being shipped from California.  As soon as this table arrives we will be contacting this consumer and scheduling a delivery date.  if you should have any further questions, please feel free to contact our store.Regards,Rachel M[redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Gallery Furniture regarding complaint ID [redacted] however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They replaced the defective/inferior designed mattress  with an identical mattress, which has the same inferior design, which is that...

the mattress springs failed within two months of receiving it. In addition, I have notified them that the box spring, that was purchased with the mattress now has staples protruding through the cheap covering of the box spring and those staples are further damaging the mattress. The mattress AND box spring have an inferior design and sub-par materials used in the manufacturing process.They have not responded to these concerns.

Gallery furniture stands by our furniture 100%.  The manufacturer warranties their furniture for up to 1 year from date of delivery for all defects.   We will repair any defects either in our shop or in the home and bring furniture back to factory standards. We stand ready, willing and...

able to replace whatever is defective on this consumers order.  please let us know.

How many repairs in 6 months is acceptable to the manufacturer and Gallery Furniture.  You stand by a product that has been falling apart and NOT up to human standards since delivery. Broken pieces, split wood, breaking down bed supports is disgusting that you will not do right by your customer and give money back for faulty product. I will continue to fight for my money back and returning of this horribly made and defective furniture set.  This kind of money may be nothing to you but to me it is a lot to spend on furniture falling apart.  it is shameful you will not do right by your customer.

Review: I ordered a marble kitchen table and chairs on May * 2015. I received it on May ** 2015 it was damaged. There was a crack in the table and when they were putting it together a piece of wood broke off on the bottom of the table. The delivery guy said someone will come over and look at the table. On June ** 2015 someone from gallery funiture came over and took pictures and said I would be getting a new table,because they can't fix it. I spoke with Fred the manager and he said 2 weeks for my furniture to be delivered. I called him 2 weeks later and he said that the people where they order from were on vacation the first 2 weeks of July. He said 10 days and it will be delivered. I call him 10 days later and he was very nasty. He said they didn't receive a shipment yet. Spoke to Rachelle on August **, she said she is having trouble getting the table and if she doesn't here from them by Monday,she will call me and reorder new table. She said she will deal with getting the money back to their company for the old table. On August ** Rachelle said new table getting shipped out and I should have it 7-10days.called Rachelle on September * she said it didn't come in yet,but they are getting a shipment tomorrow. She said she will call me either way. Never received a phone call. This funiture store was called [redacted] and had 117 complaints. They chanel names with same owner and same managerDesired Settlement: Want a total refund.

They have been using this same excuse since May. They tell me 10-14 days for delivery. When I call them back after the time has passed, they tell me still not in give it another 10-14 days. Now in the reply they send is saying the same thing. This is unacceptable. How many times are they going to tell me the same old story,again this is been going on since MAY and they never call me back. I'm the one that keeps calling them. I'm done! I want my money back. The manager Fred told me I can have my money back?

Revdex.com HOW LONG ARE YOU GIVING THEM BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE? THIS IS BEEN GOING ON SINCE MAY. THEY KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING. 10-14 DAYS. HOW MANY 10-14 DAYS ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE THEM. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Review: On March *,2014 I went to Gallery Furniture and placed a $100 deposit on a bedroom set. I then called them that same day to request a refund on my deposit due to me changing my mind. (I was not comfortable with the total amount of the bedroom set). They of course tried to guilt me into buying and give me other deals. I declined. I asked for a refund. Since I have called the store directly to inquire about my refund. They have said they are processing it, then that the person who does this was away on vacation, and my last call which took place this past week, the person said they'd call me back but never did. I've checked my bank account to see if refund of the $100 was processed but it never was. I have a receipt( which is pretty much washed out due to ink fading), a order form showing $100 was paid, and my bank statement showing $100 was withdrawn but never refunded back to me. I have observed that they are not in any way going to refund me my $100 even after my several calls asking them to do so then informing them it wasn't done. If you could please assist me in this matter I would greatly appreciate it. I feel as though they have decided to no longer provide me with the customer service I deserve due to me not following through with my plan to make purchase but they have also lost a customer who in the future may have done business with them. Their practices are disgusting and I feel violated. Thank you for your assistance. My desired outcome is to have my $100 refunded to my account, as I paid with my credit card, by this week.Desired Settlement: Refund of $100 to my credit/debit account.
