Review: October ** , 2015 I went into the Gallery Jewwlers 2 store in order to purchase a necklace.......

Once in the store, I explained in full detail exactly what I was looking for, and I was offered to look at a few necklaces that fit the criteria ( Silver was my preference)

I was shown a necklace and immediately fell in love with it, and decided with the Manager that it was indeed something I wanted to purchase............. So, I asked if the necklace was silver, and the Manager stated that indeed the necklace was silver........ I then asked the price, the Manager explained to me that the price was $400.00 dollars in total..........I asked if the necklace was Silver, and again the Manager assured me that the necklace was pure silver and not to worry.

I asked the Manager if it was possible to have some of the necklace cut. so that I can also have a bracelet, the manager said to me, that it wouldn't be a problem and this can be done............ along with adding 2 secure locks to the chain and bracelet. The Manager stated that they would have to send the chain out, for the requested work. I agreed and said fine.

So, the Manager explained to me that the total cost for the work and purchase would be $450.00 in total. I agreed with the total and left a deposit of $120.00 dollars........ I stated to the Manager that I would be in the following Friday to pick up my purchase and pay the remaining balance of $330.00

On October **, 2015 as promised, I went into the Gallery Jewelers 2 in order to pick up my merchandise. A sales person had stated that the merchandise was still in the store and the work had not been done. I become kind of puzzled as to why the merchandise was still sitting in the store. No one had given me an answer and the sales persons had no clue as to why the merchandise was just sitting in the store either.

On November *, 2015 I received a call from Gallery Jewelers 2 stating that they can not do the work on the chain, because the chain isn't silver, ( I became puzzled) I explained that I was told the necklace was silver by the stores Manager and that is why I agreed to purchase it.........the person began to tell me that the chain is metal and they can not cut the chain.............I become more puzzled upon just finding out the necklace was "Metal" and no silver as advertised and purchased............... I was wondering why I was charged a price based on the necklace being silver, only to find out that the necklace wasn't, and it was actually metal

The person began to tell me that, if I wanted the exact chain in silver the price would be doubled at ($800.00) and not the $400.00, which was the original price. I was puzzled that they were already trying to sell me a chain that they stated was Silver at the price of $400.00 and now, They want to sell me a chain at a doubled price of $800.00

This store has lied to customers stating that specific merchandise is one thing, knowing that it really isn't.........

They've switched pricing on me suddenly and were deceptive regarding what the merchandise really was......Telling a customer that something is silver, in order to achieve more money from the customer, knowing that the merchandise was really METAL!........I am appalled at this Jewelry Store and someone should really investigate their store. This is HORRIBLE they are scamming the consumers into believing that what they are selling is something other.

Also, I have the receipt with the price that was quoted to me
