I had a pool installed in *** with solar panels no problemsTwo years later Solar Craft installed panels to add to the original panels and reconfigured the panels on the roofThat winter I had a roof leakI called Solar Craft they send a repairman out to fix the leakThe repairman patched the roof and leftThat winter and the next three winters I kept calling, they came back and repeatedly tried to repair the roof It still leaks plus it destroyed the sheetrock and the insulationThis year I contacted Solar Craft and asked if they out of good will remove the Solar panels and I will have the roof replaced with no cost to themThen replace the panels after the roof was replacedTo this they gave me a written estimate of $*** Dollars to come and remove and replace the panels with a upgraded hold down system to raise the panels off the roofThere is no Good Will on there part at all
