I am rejecting this response because: this matter is still not resolved. Gallery Motor company has "promised" to correct and resolve the outstanding issues, however they have not yet done so. I will know more in about 7-days from the writing of this response. I was told the part for my vehicle is in and it will be installed sometime next week. I will provide additional information at a later date

Gallery Motor Company has been in contact with our customer since the sale. We were aware of the issue at the time of sale and wrote a WE OWE promise for the backup camera problem. conclusion he needed a new unit. The customer has reached out a few times via text afterhours and on weekends in reference to the issue. Before learning of the formal complaint with the Revdex.com, a new unit was ordered last week and should be here some time next week. Our customer filed the complaint on Monday and reached out to the owner on Wednesday for resolution. He was told the unit was ordered and should be taken care of by next Friday. He was also told he would have a free custom upgrade for his waiting period for the radio issue. We are waiting on the new unit and should have this issue resolved by May 26, 2017 including his free custom upgrade for his patience with the time this matter has taken. Thank you.
