GOP Fashion recorded that Ms*** *** dropped off four (4) dress for alterations for her two daughters' Prom Event on Feb 25, for the total of $expressing a due date of the week of April 21, 2017; one dress of the four referred to as the grey dress in discussion. As a part of
our process, her daughters' measurements were recorded and the Alterations were pre-paid per our policyOn March 14, 2017, three of the dresses were completed, successfully altered, as promised, and the Ms*** picked them up as her form of delivery; however, the grey dress proved to be problematic in that, after alterations, it was too tight in the bodice. (Please note: GOP Fashion has several forms of delivery; If the customer chooses pick up as the form of delivery, then a proof of purchase is a customary procedure before releasing the products to the customer.) On April 19, 2017, at zero additional cost, GOP Fashion completed alterations (again) for the grey dress, and notified Ms*** of the completion of services for pick up (Note: regarding the incident where things were said in front of Ms***’s daughter, they were in the course of a business day and could have related to several different projects that were being worked); however, GOP Fashion does apologize for any and all feelings that may been affected by this incidentMs*** did not arrive to pick up her daughter's dress until April 21st in the early evening (day before her function) to pick up the garmentThough the customer was notified two days prior regarding the completion of her daughter's dress, GOP Fashion personnel stayed late, past operating hours, to make final adjustments and correct a deterioration defect due to the age of the dresss, just to satisfy Ms*** and her daughterBecause Ms*** stated that she was unable to pick up the dress earlier in the week due to her work schedule, GOP Fashion offered her a $Gift Card to reinforce her value as a customer. If this was not acceptable to Ms*** as an apology for this incident, then GOP Fashion would have gladly refunded herHowever, there was never a conversation surrounding that level of customer dissatisfactionGOP Fashion is still willing to refund Ms*** fully ($82.25)Lastly, GOP Fashion does care about it’s community and was not aware of all the circumstances surrounding the dress donation to Ms***’s daughter from the non-profit organization “Saving Our Sister Organization”. We strive to treat every customer, regardless of background, with integrity and high touch customer service at affordable prices. GOP Fashion prays that course of action satisfies Ms*** and that this closes this incident. Thank you for your attention to this matterCordially, GOP Fashion Owners

We are more then happy to issue the refund via check or back onto the credit card that it was purchased with.  Due to our company policies to issue a refund we need to have the original payment method and valid ID.  You may come into the store any time between 10 AM and 7 PM Monday through Saturday to receive your refund.   Thank you Gallery One Point Fashion
