I am rejecting this response because: I believe you are confusing me with another clientThere is no history of securing my appointment(s) with a credit card, failure to pay for services and 20% tips!!! Nor of any history of no-show’sThe only one time I did not show was that one day when I had an appointment to correct the color because, as I explained, we did have a family trauma and I got into detail with both of the employees I communicated with in detail regarding thisDoes a family suicide ring a bell? How inhuman and cruel can you be????Flagging me as a consumer? Are you speaking of me? For what, when! Date or dates please? It sounds like you are being ridiculously dishonest in your reply to sound professional to the Revdex.comI WONT HAVE ITI never threatened youI simply asked to speak to the owner which you refused to allow me to do and I simply said I’d stop in to speak to him then, as he always seemed extremely friendly and eager to speak with his customersYou are the one who threatened me with calling the authorities should I ever step into your place of business, which simply shocked me! You are lyingAnd should you continue with this unheard of manner I will bring notice of this occurrence to the media, as no person should be treated so horribly let alone cheated out of honest hard earned money for absolutely no reason? How can you expect to have a conscience after lying to the Revdex.com and myself all in the name of dishonesty to save such a refutable reputationI do not want you to touch my hair after your insane behavior and repulsive hurtful dishonest words! I’d simply be satisfied with my refund and choose to forget your business altogether going forwardThat’s my final reply and requestYou should be ashamed of yourself with utter liesI haven’t even frequented your salon in many years! And never have we had a history of negativity of doing business together before nowIf you have any proof of prior problems or me as a disgruntled client, you are in complete error and making up a ridiculous set of lies.

Dear [redacted] I am happy to respond to your complaint with regard to your recent experience with Gallery Salon. I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction as we have been committed to customer satisfaction for over 20 years. As you are aware, because of your history of no-showing for...

appointments, we flagged your account and you were required to provide a credit card guarantee to schedule a future appointment. It is my understanding that we were happy to accommodate you with a service when you arrived at the salon with no scheduled appointment and a stylist was available to take you. You left the salon seemingly satisfied following your service. When you called the following day to advise us that you were not happy and did not feel you had enough coverage, you were offered an appointment with the stylist and didn't seem particularly desperate as you were agreeable to waiting until the following week. Unfortunately, once again, you no-showed for your scheduled appointment.    Gallery Salon will always stand behind our work and make sure a guest gets back in as soon as possible to satisfy any dissatisfaction. We do not offer refunds as we are confident you will be satisfied once we have had the opportunity to correct any color process. Color changes and hair growth weeks after your service is considered a complete new service, not a re-do. We require a guest to work with us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to allow time to process the service. We respectfully and professionally attempt to communicate these policies to all our guests. It is only when an unreasonable and disgruntled guest begins making threats to appear in the salon to continue the complaint, that we will advise them of our intent to call the police should any emotional performance disrupt business. As a managing owner, I choose to support the actions taken by my team as they have attempted, on this and many occasions, to assist you with services where you have disrespected the value of their time and skill. Your dissatisfaction could have been easily resolved any time following the service, not a month later following yet another no-show appointment.   Respectfully, [redacted]
