Response taken over the phone: I have looked up the clients information She has accounts with us According to our records she was called by an automated dialer system, with a generic message to contact us She was not contacted by a person in our office I
assure you, this automated message is in full compliance with FDCPA regulations She may contact us directly at *** to discuss her accounts

Verbal response taken from the business: We spoke to *** We are in compliance with the FDCPA We notified her that she could go back to the original store to review the loan applications and she refused Please contact us to make arrangements

regulations as well as hold monthly reviews with our employees to assure they are participating within all guidelines laid out by the FDCPA Furthermore before hiring anyone to our company we mandate that any prospective employee be able to recite the ''Mini Miranda" as well as pass an FDCPA guideline test to gain entry level acceptance into hiring consideration.But, as it pertains to this specific instance, Gallo and Kaufmann LLC has been servicing Mr and Mrs [redacted] for a debt that was accrued from Mr. [redacted] when he was employed with [redacted] CO. Once it was  discovered that this account could be fraudulent, we immediately removed her number from our records and closed her account. Neither I nor the floor manager/monitor, who is within earshot of our employees were aware of an infraction that may have occurred during her interaction with Mr. J[redacted].We take our live communications very serious and no amount of debt is ever worth stepping outside guidelines clearly laid out. We have no doubt the feelings of the complainant are real so for that reason we have placed this account under a dispute status. [redacted] But at the moment the funds are just not there and calling every hour will not get it any faster thank you and I will be in touch when the funds are in. Not being funny but when we are dead and gone the bill will still be there all I'm asking is stop the interest and allow us to work on what we have please.  I'm just not sure when he's in and out of town so I have to catch him when I can.
