Gallo Nero

Review: Gallo Nero posted a total of $140.31 to my credit card for a meal that we had there in June. The food costs totaled $120.31. I did not leave a tip and put a zero in that line because the service was horrible, we had hair in one of our meals, and they forgot to bring out one meal all together. They did not deserve a tip and I did not approve a tip. Without approval, they billed my account for a 17% service charge. This is simply not acceptable. I have reported this to my credit card as well. This is unscrupulous and illegal behavior.Desired Settlement: They can certainly send me a check for this food charge that is currently in dispute on my credit card. However, whatever the Revdex.com can do would be far more powerful than anything I can do.Thank you.[redacted]
